1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the ijobet website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications or services provided under the ijobet brand.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon registration with ijobet.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonus credits.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residential address.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by ijobet, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from a Player's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use ijobet services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction of residence. We primarily serve players residing in Indonesia, though we accept members from other countries where online gambling is legally permitted.

By using our Platform, you accept full responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location and agree to indemnify ijobet against any legal claims arising from your use of our services.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with ijobet. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Multiple accounts registered using the same personal information, payment method, device, IP address, or household will be detected and closed. All balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings obtained through multi-accounting will be voided.

2.4 Registration Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any changes to your personal information must be updated immediately in your Account settings. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account to prevent further unauthorized activity.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

ijobet employs automated systems to monitor Account activity for signs of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and other prohibited behavior. We reserve the right to review all transactions, betting patterns, and account interactions. Suspicious activity may result in temporary account restrictions pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ijobet supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary based on your VIP tier and verification status.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5-15 minutes depending on the payment method and banking hours. Funds will be credited to your Account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. ijobet does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15-30 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts (above Rp 25,000,000) may require additional security review and take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your ijobet Account. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This anti-money laundering (AML) measure prevents our Platform from being used as a fund transfer service.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ijobet are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees will be borne by the Player.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ijobet are subject to acceptance by the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraud, manipulation, or technical error. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player.

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the specific sport's rules. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapid odds fluctuations; bets placed during periods of significant game action may be rejected.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) are powered by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers and are completely independent of ijobet's control. Game-specific rules, payout tables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game's information menu.

5.4 Lottery Rules

Togel (lottery) results are determined by official lottery draws conducted by Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other recognized lottery organizations. ijobet does not conduct draws or influence outcomes. Bets must be placed before the published draw closing time. Results are final once officially announced by the respective lottery authority.

5.5 Obvious Errors

In the event of an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect bet acceptance, technical malfunction, or human error — ijobet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. "Obvious error" includes situations where odds are clearly mispriced (e.g., odds of 100.00 displayed instead of 1.00) or where bets are accepted after an event has already concluded.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers provided by ijobet are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. These terms are published with each promotion and must be read carefully before participating.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover" or "turnover requirement") expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x). This means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10%).

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements, deliberately exploiting software bugs or promotional terms, and using bonuses solely for arbitrage or risk-free betting. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts closed, all bonuses and winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from ijobet.

6.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

ijobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotional dispute, our decision is final.

7. Identity Verification (KYC)

7.1 KYC Requirement

7.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in your Account being restricted. You will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until verification is completed. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days after a verification request may be suspended.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit with no risk.
• Money Laundering: Using ijobet to launder illegal funds or conducting transactions with no genuine intent to wager.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating credit card chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing or abusing customer support staff, other players, or engaging in hate speech.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

While ijobet strives to maintain 24/7 Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, server failures, cyber-attacks). ijobet will not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed betting opportunities resulting from Platform downtime.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games, live dealer tables, and slot machines are operated by third-party software providers. ijobet acts solely as a platform intermediary and has no control over game outcomes, RTP rates, or technical malfunctions within third-party games. Disputes regarding third-party game results should be directed to the game provider, though ijobet will assist with communication.

9.3 Financial Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. ijobet provides entertainment services and does not guarantee winnings. You agree that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions and that ijobet is not liable for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

9.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall ijobet's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of our services exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

ijobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of our Platform.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonus balances or pending wagering requirements may be subject to additional review before closure is approved.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ijobet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of ijobet or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ijobet is licensed. Where conflicts arise between local Indonesian law and our licensing jurisdiction, the laws of our licensing jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent permitted.

12.2 Dispute Resolution
